1. I look at your property. Using your address, I do a desktop review of the house and its surroundings ahead of our call, getting a feel for the type of property and what the planners are likely to allow, so I'm already informed when we speak.
2. We have a call, then meet. A phone conversation to describe how I can help, leading to a site visit so I can see the property in person, talk through the service and advise on the process.
3. You receive a fee proposal. I put together a proposal based on your project, so you know exactly where you stand before any further steps are taken.
