After much debate with the planners we finally got consent for this exciting project in Surbiton, Surrey. We are now working up the detailed package and hope to start on site later this year.
This contemporary new-build home pushed the boundaries of what’s achievable in the area – and the planning discussions reflected that. Working closely with the planning officers and neighbours, we refined the design to address concerns whilst maintaining the architectural vision our clients wanted.
The project showcases our experience navigating complex planning in Surbiton and the wider Kingston area, where planning policies can be challenging but not impossible with the right approach.
