A great day’s work! It only took one day to crane up and drop in these 2 new fully fitted apartments on this existing block in SW London. We helped our client with planning consent and assisted Moduloft who prefabricated the sections off-site. When compared to a traditional site build, this method reduced overall programme by some 4 months. In the photo you can see one module being craned into place and another on the ground ready to be lifted up.
