A great day’s work! It only took one day to crane up and drop in these 2 new fully fitted apartments on this existing block in SW London.
We helped our client with planning consent and assisted Moduloft who prefabricated the sections off-site. When compared to a traditional site build, this method reduced overall programme by some 4 months. In the photo you can see one module being craned into place and another on the ground ready to be lifted up.
This project demonstrates the benefits of modular construction for residential developments in South West London, particularly where time and site disruption are major concerns. The apartments were fully fitted with kitchens, bathrooms and finishes before they even arrived on site.
